There is no email list and no sign-up form on this site, so no email address is collected here. If you email support directly, that message sits in an ordinary inbox and is used to answer you, nothing else. If advertising or analytics tools are enabled, they may set cookies to measure how visitors reach and use the site (for example, the Meta Pixel measures ad performance).
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are actually used. Clarity records how visitors move through a page: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, which sections get read, and the pages visited. Those sessions can be replayed by us as anonymised recordings, and are combined into heatmaps. We use this only to find pages that are confusing or broken, never to identify individual people. Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default, and we do not disable that masking. Microsoft may use the data in line with its own privacy statement. You can opt out of this kind of tracking entirely by turning on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by using its private browsing mode.
Purchases happen entirely on Etsy. This site never sees or stores your payment details, address or Etsy account information. Etsy’s own privacy policy governs the checkout.
